*To receive a bonus, the referred candidate: (1) must be placed by Lehman Consulting & Recruiting; (2) cannot be the result of a recruiting function such as a college hiring effort or career job fair; (3) must be hired within three months of the referral; AND (4) must work at least 90 days on the assignment.
The referring employee will not receive a bonus if their referral: (1) has already been referred by someone else; (2) has already completed a candidate profile or applied to Lehman Consulting & Recruiting within the past 12 months. A referral bonus will be paid on a VISA gift card. Only one bonus is paid per person referred.
